After your files have successfully uploaded, you’ll receive an email confirming they’ve been sent. Once we receive them, we’ll download everything as soon as possible and send you a personal confirmation email. If there are any issues with the files, we’ll let you know. If you don’t hear from us, please feel free to get in touch.

Yes, you’ll need to place an order before uploading your files. This provides you with an order number, which you can include on the upload form. Adding the order number allows us to accurately match your files to the correct order.

Your order number will be emailed to the address you used when placing your order. You can also find it at any time in your Audio Animals account.

To help us retrieve your order number, please include the name and email address associated with your order.

Uploading through our WeTransfer server is unlimited, with no restrictions on the amount of data you can send.

If this happens and no message is included, we won’t know which order your files belong to. We receive a large number of files each day, so it’s important that you provide either your order number, some details about the files, or the email address linked to the order. This ensures we can correctly match your upload to the right project.
